Badrinath Temple reopen after lockdown!!


Dehradun: Badrinath Temple is a holy shrine located in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. The gates of the shrine will reopen on May 18 after the lockdown. The front gates of the temple will be opened at 4.15 am on May 18, Chardham Temple Board officials said.

However, the Badrinath Temple is closed every winter due to adverse weather conditions. The latter reopens in the summer after the end of winter. Akhanda Jyoti will depart for Badrinath from Narendra Palace on April 29 before the temple prom. On reaching the Jyoti Temple on May 18, the gates of the field open with the chanting of Vedic mantras.
